Tract home construction depends on a good and complete set of construction drawings so the subcontractors can build the same house multiple times as quickly and efficiently as possible. Ogren Engineering worked closley with the developer and home designer to generate thourough construction documents for six house designs which were built multiple times.

Once the plans were completed, the developer submitted the architectural and structural drawings as a "Master Plan" set to aid in obtaining permits for the reminder of the lots to be constructed in their subdivisions. Ogren Engineering offers a significant discount on lot specific structural drawings for those which are the same as lots previously designed. After the master drawings are completed, we can generate the lot specific plans quickly - normally within a few days.
